ORGANISATION & STRUCTURE

East Durham Partnership is registered with Companies House as a company limited by guarantee. As such we are governed by our memorandum of association. This is available for inspection at the Partnership offices.

East Durham Partnership is advised by a management committee comprising of eight local representatives from which officers are elected. The board of the company comprises four directors and a company secretary.

Associate membership is invited from any local community/voluntary Organisation. All applications will be considered by the steering group and ratified at the AGM.
